Spring Garden Planning Series: Edible Gardens

Soil & Water Management

Presented by UME Master Gardeners Small but impactful landscape and maintenance practices can improve water and soil quality at your community greenspace, and in the watershed.  Attendees will assess a garden to identify problem areas, and learn about simple Baywise practices for stormwater and erosion control that can be used to improve water and soil quality at their own sites.  Skill Level: Beginner. Event Management 101

Presented by Parks & People Volunteers, workdays, parties, fundraisers and more - learn about managing different types of events at your community greenspace.  Receive tips and helpful tools, and spend some time with help from experienced greeners to work on creating a plan for your next big event. DIY Vermicompost Bin

Weed & Invasive Removal for Green Sites
